मोक्ष संन्यास योग (Moksha Sannyaasa Yoga) – श्लोक 41
श्लोक ४१ में चारों वर्णों के कर्म उनके स्वाभाविक गुणों के अनुसार बताए गए हैं। Verse 41: The duties of the four castes are divided according to the gunas born of their nature.

ब्राह्मणक्षत्रियविशां शूद्राणां च परन्तप। कर्माणि प्रविभक्तानि स्वभावप्रभवैर्गुणैः॥४१॥
brāhmaṇa-kṣatriya-viśāṃ śūdrāṇāṃ ca parantapa | karmāṇi pravibhaktāni svabhāva-prabhavair guṇaiḥ ||41||

हिंदी अनुवाद
हे परन्तप! ब्राह्मण, क्षत्रिय, वैश्य और शूद्र – इनके कर्म उनके स्वभाव से उत्पन्न गुणों के अनुसार विभाजित हैं।
English Translation
O scorcher of foes, the duties of Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Vaishyas, and Shudras are divided according to the gunas born of their own nature.
टीका / Commentary
भगवान् अब वर्णाश्रम धर्म के अनुसार विभिन्न वर्णों के स्वाभाविक कर्म बताते हैं। यह विभाजन गुणों और कर्मों पर आधारित है, जन्म पर नहीं।
