मोक्ष संन्यास योग (Moksha Sannyaasa Yoga) – श्लोक 17
श्लोक १७ में अहंकाररहित और निर्लिप्त बुद्धि वाले व्यक्ति के कर्मों का फल बताया गया है। Verse 17: One without ego and unattached is not bound even by killing.
संस्कृत श्लोक
यस्य नाहंकृतो भावो बुद्धिर्यस्य न लिप्यते। हत्वापि स इमाँल्लोकान्न हन्ति न निबध्यते॥१७॥
yasya nāhaṅkṛto bhāvo buddhir yasya na lipyate | hatvāpi sa imāḻ lokān na hanti na nibadhyate ||17||

हिंदी अनुवाद
जिसमें अहंकार का भाव नहीं है और जिसकी बुद्धि आसक्त नहीं है, वह इन सब लोगों को मारकर भी न तो मारता है और न बँधता है।
English Translation
One who is free from the sense of ego, and whose intellect is not attached – even if he kills all these people, he neither kills nor is bound.
टीका / Commentary
यह श्लोक अहंकाररहित स्थितप्रज्ञ के लक्षण बताता है। ऐसा व्यक्ति कर्म करते हुए भी कर्तापन के अभिमान से मुक्त रहता है, इसलिए वह पाप या बन्धन का भागी नहीं होता।
