श्रद्धात्रय विभाग योग (Sraddhatraya Vibhaga Yoga) – श्लोक 27
श्लोक २७: यज्ञ-तप-दान में स्थिति और परमार्थ कर्म को सत् कहा जाता है। Verse 27: Steadfastness in sacrifice, austerity, and charity, and action for the Supreme, are called Sat.
संस्कृत श्लोक
यज्ञे तपसि दाने च स्थितिः सदिति चोच्यते। कर्म चैव तदर्थीयं सदित्येवाभिधीयते॥२७॥
yajñe tapasi dāne ca sthitiḥ sad iti cocyate | karma caiva tad-arthīyaṁ sad ity evābhidhīyate ||27||

यज्ञे: in sacrifice; तपसि: in austerity; दाने: in charity; च: and; स्थिति: steadfastness; सत्: Sat; इति: thus; च: and; उच्यते: is called; कर्म: action; च: and; एव: indeed; तदर्थीयम्: meant for that (the Supreme); सत्: Sat; इति: thus; एव: certainly; अभिधीयते: is described.
हिंदी अनुवाद
यज्ञ, तप और दान में स्थिति (निष्ठा) को भी "सत्" कहा जाता है, तथा उस परमात्मा के लिए किया गया कर्म भी "सत्" ही कहलाता है।
English Translation
Steadfastness in sacrifice, austerity, and charity is also called Sat; and action for the sake of the Supreme is certainly called Sat.
टीका / Commentary
इस श्लोक में "सत्" का एक और अर्थ बताया गया है – यज्ञ, तप और दान में दृढ़ निष्ठा को "सत्" कहते हैं। इसके अलावा, जो कर्म केवल परमात्मा के लिए (भगवदर्पण) किया जाता है, वह भी "सत्" है। Steadfastness in sacrifice, austerity, and charity is designated as Sat. Also, any action performed solely for the Supreme is called Sat.
