अक्षर ब्रह्म योग (Aksara Brahma Yoga) – श्लोक 11
श्लोक ११ में कृष्ण उस परम पद का वर्णन करने का वचन देते हैं। Verse 11: Krishna promises to describe that supreme goal.
संस्कृत श्लोक
यदक्षरं वेदविदो वदन्ति विशन्ति यद्यतयो वीतरागाः । यदिच्छन्तो ब्रह्मचर्यं चरन्ति तत्ते पदं संग्रहेण प्रवक्ष्ये ॥ ११॥
yad akṣaraṃ veda-vido vadanti viśanti yad yatayo vīta-rāgāḥ | yad icchanto brahmacaryaṃ caranti tat te padaṃ saṃgraheṇa pravakṣye ||11||

यत्: which; अक्षरम्: imperishable; वेदविदः: knowers of the Vedas; वदन्ति: declare; विशन्ति: enter; यत्: which; यतयः: ascetics; वीतरागाः: free from attachment; यत्: which; इच्छन्तः: desiring; ब्रह्मचर्यम्: celibacy/continence; चरन्ति: practice; तत्: that; ते: to you; पदम्: goal; संग्रहेण: briefly; प्रवक्ष्ये: I shall declare.
हिंदी अनुवाद
जिसे वेदज्ञ पुरुष अक्षर (अविनाशी) कहते हैं, जिसमें वीतराग यति (संन्यासी) प्रवेश करते हैं, और जिसकी इच्छा से लोग ब्रह्मचर्य का पालन करते हैं, उस पद को मैं तुम्हें संक्षेप में बताऊंगा।
English Translation
That which the knowers of the Vedas declare as the Imperishable, into which ascetics free from attachment enter, and desiring which they practice celibacy—that goal I shall declare to you briefly.
टीका / Commentary
कृष्ण अब उस परम धाम का वर्णन करने जा रहे हैं जो वेदों का लक्ष्य है और जिसके लिए साधक तपस्या करते हैं। Krishna now prepares to describe that supreme abode, the goal of the Vedas and the aspiration of all seekers.
