गुणत्रय विभाग योग (Gunatraya Vibhaga Yoga) – श्लोक 25
श्लोक २५ में गुणातीत के और लक्षण: मान-अपमान, मित्र-शत्रु में समान, और सर्वारम्भ त्यागी। Verse 25: He is equal in honour and dishonour, friend and foe, and has renounced all undertakings—he is said to have transcended the gunas.

मानापमानयोस्तुल्यस्तुल्यो मित्रारिपक्षयोः । सर्वारम्भपरित्यागी गुणातीतः स उच्यते ॥ २५॥
mānāpamānayos tulyas tulyo mitrāri-pakṣayoḥ | sarvārambha-parityāgī guṇātītaḥ sa ucyate ||25||

जो मान और अपमान में समान है, मित्र और शत्रु के पक्ष में समान है, और सब आरम्भों (कर्मों) का त्यागी है, वह गुणातीत कहा जाता है।
English Translation
He who is the same in honour and dishonour, the same to friend and foe, and who has renounced all undertakings—he is said to have transcended the gunas.
टीका / Commentary
गुणातीत पुरुष मान-अपमान, मित्र-शत्रु में समान रहता है और किसी भी सकाम कर्म का आरम्भ नहीं करता। The transcendent one is equal in honour/dishonour, friend/foe, and has renounced all selfish undertakings.
