मोक्ष संन्यास योग (Moksha Sannyaasa Yoga) – श्लोक 4
श्लोक ४ में भगवान् त्याग के तीन प्रकार बताने का आश्वासन देते हैं। Verse 4: The Lord promises to explain the threefold renunciation.
संस्कृत श्लोक
निश्चयं शृणु मे तत्र त्यागे भरतसत्तम। त्यागो हि पुरुषव्याघ्र त्रिविधः सम्प्रकीर्तितः॥४॥
niścayaṃ śṛṇu me tatra tyāge bharata-sattama | tyāgo hi puruṣa-vyāghra tri-vidhaḥ samprakīrtitaḥ ||4||
पदच्छेद / शब्दार्थ
निश्चयम्: the certain truth; शृणु: hear; मे: My; तत्र: in that; त्यागे: concerning renunciation; भरत-सत्तम: O best of the Bharatas; त्यागः: renunciation; हि: indeed; पुरुष-व्याघ्र: O tiger among men; त्रि-विधः: of three kinds; सम्प्रकीर्तितः: is declared.
हिंदी अनुवाद
हे भरतश्रेष्ठ! उस त्याग के विषय में मेरे निश्चय को सुनो। हे पुरुषव्याघ्र! त्याग तीन प्रकार का कहा गया है।
English Translation
O best of the Bharatas, hear from Me the certain truth about renunciation. O tiger among men, renunciation is declared to be of three kinds.
टीका / Commentary
भगवान् अब त्याग के तीन प्रकार बताने जा रहे हैं, जो सात्त्विक, राजस और तामस में विभाजित है। यह वर्गीकरण साधक को उचित मार्ग चुनने में सहायक होगा।
